A college football coach addressed a newcomer to the team and said, "Look, I know I'm not supposed to let you play since you failed math, but we really need you on the team. I'm gonna make a deal with you. If you can answer one simple math question, you can play, Okay?"

The newcomer nodded, and the coach proceeded to ask the question, "What's two plus two?"

The new boy thought for a moment and said, "Four."
